When2Meet is a free online scheduling tool that allows users to create events and coordinate meeting times with groups of people. The Service enables users to:

• Create scheduling events with customizable date and time options
• Share events via unique links
• Mark availability on shared events
• View aggregated availability data

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating events or marking availability
• Not use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purposes

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (event titles, descriptions, names). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, display, and transmit that content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or harmful components

To the fullest extent permitted by law, When2Meet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
